The Center of Excellence in Reconstructive Breast Surgery is your kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle brustchirurgischen Fragenyour competent partner for all questions related to breast surgery. We offer aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, revision surgery in the case of complications and consulting for an independent second opinion before or after breast surgery.
Through the close cooperation with the University Breast Center Duesseldorf and the Sana Kliniken Duesseldorf, our entire team of physicians possesses extensive experience within the entire field of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery as well as microsurgery. There are only very few centers in Europe with a similarly high number of cases in the field of breast reconstruction with autologous tissue.
Our experience acquired through the regular utilization of the entire range of available surgical techniques (four to six operations per week) does only qualify us to provide you with an objective and independent assessment of your personal situation, but also enables us to treat you in accordance with the latest medical standards.

We have a close cooperation with the Sana Clinic in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim. After all, Prof. Dr. med. Andree is also the medical director there as well as the head physician of the clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery.
Publisher of the International Breast Symposium
The International Breast Symposium Düsseldorf (IBSD) is an event hosted and organized by me, where plastic and aesthetic surgeons from all over the world come to Düsseldorf to share their experiences.
PROFESSOR DR. MED. CHRISTOPH ANDREE
After completing his studies and doctorate at the Regional Burn Center of the University of California San Diego, Prof. Andree was awarded a fellowship at the Havard Medical School in Boston, USA. For his research in Boston, he received the Ferdinand Sauerbruch Research Award. His habilitation followed in 2013 at Freiburg University Hospital.
Every year, Prof. Andree and his team perform more than 250 breast reconstructions with autologous tissue. In addition, he organizes the annual International Breast Symposium in Düsseldorf, where more than 650 plastic surgeons from all over the world benefit from his experience. TREATMENTS
BREAST RECONSTRUCTION
Breast reconstruction can be performed either with the patient's own tissue or with implants. This decision should be made with great care, which we will be happy to help you with.
AESTHETIC BREAST SURGERY
We perform breast augmentations, breast reductions, breast lifts, as well as corrective options with regard to breast malformations/breast growth disorders.
CENTER FOR SECOND OPINION
Are you facing a reconstructive breast augmentation or have the desire for an aesthetic procedure and are not sure whether your decision is the right one or whether your doctor knows all the options available to you? We want to give you sufficient certainty for your decision with an objective opinion.
REVISION SURGERY
Revision surgery is the term used in plastic surgery to describe a new operation to achieve the originally intended surgical result if a previous operation was inadequate.
LYMPHATIC SURGERY
Lymphedema causes a blockage in lymphatic drainage so that lymph fluid can no longer drain. This lymph congestion leads to chronic swelling.
AESTHETIC SURGERY
Our team of doctors also performs abdominoplasty, facial injections with autologous fat (lipofilling) or autologous blood, facelifts and wrinkle treatments/ injections (with Botox, Hyaluron).
